Masculinities – Coordinator

Byomakesh has done his masters in Social Work and has been working as a development professional with over four years of experience in the social sector where he has worked in the thematic of child rights, gender, masculinity, and community institution building. As a Coordinator for The YP Foundation’s Masculinity program, Byomakesh plays a role in creating spaces and methodologies those challenge traditional notions of masculinity among young boys and men. Through his leadership and vision, he is driving efforts to build more inclusive and respectful spaces where stereotypes around masculinities are dismantled, and all individuals are empowered to express themselves freely.

In his leisure, Byomakesh loves to play cricket, listen to songs and sometime sings.
