Her expertise spans policy design, research, program implementation, and strategic engagement. Sanjolli has a proven track record in drafting and implementing schemes & policies focusing on adolescent and women empowerment, and addressing violence against women and children. Previously, she worked with the Government of Odisha and UNICEF on developing & implementation of schemes for addressing violence against women and promoting adolescent leadership & participation.
