Madhu is a social work professional who brings together research and practice in their work through play based and creative expressions of talking around the issues at the intersection of gender, conflict, health, abortion rights and sexual and reproductive health rights among young people. They have worked closely with communities on non-formal education for out of school adolescents, pluralistic healthcare systems, and reproductive rights of young people. They continue working in building inclusive, rights-based approaches to social justice, which is shaped not only by their academic and professional training but also by lived experiences and community engagements. Beyond their professional work, Madhu enjoys food, hiking, travel and yapping.
