Anchal Kakkar is a founding member of Arthan and EquiLead, bringing 17+ years of experience across the development, consulting, and corporate sectors. Arthan works at the intersection of talent, Organisational Development & Thought Leadership, working relentlessly to strengthen the impact ecosystem by bringing diverse stakeholders together. Meanwhile, EquiLead was founded to advance women in leadership while enabling a conducive ecosystem for their growth. Through this platform, Anchal aims to amplify the need and narrative for greater equity in leadership, acceptance of alternative styles of leadership, and the need for inclusive and gender transformative workspaces. Prior to this, Anchal honed her expertise at the Boston Consulting Group and Dasra. She holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, is a Shell Foundation/Impact Business Leaders Fellow, and is a seasoned Chartered Accountant by profession, having worked with Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
