Abhinav is a public health and gender rights professional with 9+ years of experience in SRHR, violence prevention, and youth leadership. At The YP Foundation, he works as a Programme Officer and leads policy and public engagement efforts focussed on advancing meaningful youth participation in health systems and decision-making. He is a Biotechnology graduate from VIT University, Vellore and holds a masters degree in Public Health (Community Medicine). He has led research, campaigns and evidence-based policy engagement projects to strengthen young people’s access to SRHR information and services. He has actively participated and represented the organisation in the platforms such as International Conference on Public Health (ICOPH), Partnership for Maternal Newborn and Child Health (PMNCH) Partners meeting, International Conference on Family Planning (ICFP), Social Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) Summit among others.
